I'm Tak, a 38 years old typical Thai. I have been practicing Vipassana Meditation (S.N. Goenka), Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Thai massage with many amazing teachers in Thailand. I teach you modern Hatha Yoga with a warm hug and love.
I have successfully completed a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with the Shantaya Yoga School by Jonas Westring (ID 220541). This fundamental Yoga Teacher Training covered a wide range of principles, techniques and philosophies learning me how to teach safe and effective public yoga classes and private yoga sessions. I have taught private and public courses in Thailand, Mauritius and Switzerland.
With 6 years experience of teaching yoga. I know how to teach public yoga classes and private yoga sessions effectively and safely. I was organising and running a wellness program in hospitality for 2 years. It is my pleasure to share my positive experience with others and I'm very happy to observe that people I work with can improve their mental and physical health. This is my main motivation to actively learn and practice all the time.
